3. Safeguarding & Child Protection Principles
Qutors operates under a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
3.1 Core Safeguarding Standards
All staff must:

Ensure visibility and accountability in all interactions (no isolated engagement without oversight)

4. Staff Code of Conduct
4.1 Required Behavior
Staff must:

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

5. Digital Privacy & Communication Policy
Given Qutors’ hybrid and tech-enabled model, this is critical.

Personal accounts are strictly prohibited
5.2 Data Protection
Qutors commits to:

Limiting access to authorized personnel only
