However, limited students will be allowed access to the studying sessions. 

Once registered, our team will contact you for further details and the availability of seats - Currently, we're only accepting TWO students per group session due to precautionary social distancing measures. 

For everyone’s safety, our tutoring sessions will be held online upon request & onsite. 

The September sessions will be held in HBKU Student Center and/or Qatar National Library with limited capacity.

  The Library visit is by appointment only. Moreover, visitors will be allowed into the building only if they fulfill the following conditions:

• Have a confirmation of their slot booking through the form found in this link 

• Are between ages 13 and 60

• Have a green status on the Ehteraz app

• Have a temperature of no more than 37.8 degrees Celsius

• Have a face mask or shield

Qutors team will update registered students on their lesson schedules, timings and location. Kindly note that after the lifting of Phase 4 restrictions, Qutors will operate normally and sessions will be held around Education City available campuses.

Precautionary Measures: Qatar National Library

• Only 100 people will be allowed in the building during each time slot (9:00 to 11:00 AM and 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Note: It is important to book a session prior to the date. Contact Qutors registrar for further information regarding slots booking. 

• Please follow the social distancing rules everywhere in the Library and HBKU Student Center and stand only on designated stickers whenever queuing. 

• Social gatherings of more than 5 people are strictly restricted in the Library and/or HBKU Student Center and will be monitored by QF's security.

• No group gatherings are around, registered students are expected to leave immediately after the end of sessions and all health precautions must be followed.
